Franchisee Christina Lu, who currently operates nine locations, is preparing to launch the newest Teapioca site as part of the brand’s ongoing expansion in the Dallas market, coming on the heels of 2025’s other Teapioca grand openings in Abilene and Cedar Park.
“The new Dallas location is a reflection of strong internal momentum and a commitment from our loyal operators,” remarked Franchise Development Manager Cameron Daake. “We will continue to focus on further expansion within Texas, moving outward from our Austin roots into major cities across the state.”
As the company marks its 10th year of franchising, Teapioca is also recognizing its franchise partners in building the company’s presence and culture.

This year Teapioca has introduced several new menu items to bring fresh experiences to its guests. Unique new flavors such as Mulberry and Matcha Lemonade have joined the lineup, alongside two new product lines: the Cub Cup Series, offering smaller-sized drinks for accessible portion options, and Milk Foams, a creamy topping available for any beverage.
The brand has also enhanced its loyalty program by awarding extra points for trying new menu items, offering bonus perks on signature promotions, and launching Panda Treasures – a rotating seasonal feature available to all customers, designed to build engagement and excitement.
Within its loyalty program – tracked through the branded Teapioca Lounge app – guests will soon be able to use gift cards for mobile orders, adding an extra layer of convenience. “All loyalty points and gift cards are valid across any of our 29 locations – an impressive benefit for a brand of our size,” Daake noted. “Our priority is driving repeat visits and increasing customer lifetime value through ongoing promotions, community-centered initiatives, and the rollout of new features.”
The year has brought the launch of a nationwide partnership with GiftAMeal, allowing guests to utilize an in-store QR code to easily donate a meal to a local food bank tied to that location. Within the partnership’s first month, Teapioca has already donated over a thousand meals.
“It’s a powerful way to give back and connect with the communities we serve,” commented Daake.
Promotions like the Free Boba for a Month Giveaway – where loyalty members are randomly selected to win – reward regular customers and attract new participants to the loyalty program.
“Our promotions and marketing efforts not only push guest experience at the forefront; they are a benefit to our franchisees. We do not take the royalty fee on most of our national promotions,” said Daake. “Our promotion structure allows us to encourage more engagement with our guests while keeping our franchisees’ profitability a focus.”
Delivery options have also expanded, with DoorDash now active at nearly every location and Uber Eats integration underway.
As franchise partners are joining the brand’s growing network, Teapioca is rolling out AI- powered operational tools to assist its franchisees and their teams with training, recipe guidance, troubleshooting, and more. The tools are designed to streamline onboarding and day-to-day operations.
