- Gary Shamis – Founder and Strategic Advisor of Winding River Consulting, Gary built SS&G into one of the nation’s largest and most respected accounting firms, leading the country’s largest restaurant practice before merging with BDO.
- John Hamburger – Founder and President of Franchise Times Corp., John has over 40 years of experience in franchising, finance, and publishing. He is the publisher of Franchise Times Magazine and Restaurant Finance Monitor and produces the industry’s premier executive conferences.
- Adam Berebitsky – Former Partner in Charge of BDO’s National Restaurant Practice, Adam is a nationally recognized restaurant accounting expert with more than 30 years of experience advising operators on tax planning, profitability, and growth.
