Prior to joining Y Scouts, Sara held leadership roles at Tide Rock Holdings and McDermott + Bull Executive Search, where she specialized in placing executives in PE-backed portfolio companies. She is Lean Six Sigma certified, a former collegiate athlete, and lives in California with her husband and two children.
